KingPool app collects location data for security purposes only one time when user logged in. We do not share your location outside the KingPool scope. Users current location collected for only application functionality, it does not share with any third party or outside the KingPool scope.
We store data we collect in our server files, server system log files, backend databases and analytics systems, as well as in our main office and backup computers and drives.
We will use the information collected in order to conduct normal business and provide services and support for you. These uses include (but are not limited to):
Payment information (bank account, credit/debit card, stripe, etc) that you provide to us, including credit card data, will only be used to facilitate payment for our services as you request.
By default we do not share or sell your personal information with any other company.
If you have an active website, domain name or server account with us, information may be shared from time to time with our third-party data center and domain name registry partners in order to facilitate maintenance, complete orders, handle emergencies, service and repair websites, applications and web servers. Our server pools and data centers are spread by our vendors across the U.S./Globally for better redundancy and for stable and safe networks. Our billing and main support hub is in the US. Our vendors' data centers offer the highest quality facilities with state of the art fire suppression and backup systems.
